Manager/Senior Programme Manager, New Product Development Governance & Operations (Gateway Services)

The Manager/Senior Programme Manager, NPD Governance & Operations, is responsible for establishing and managing the operating infrastructure that enables the SATS New Product Development function to scale effectively.

This role integrates programme management, governance leadership and operational coordination across a portfolio of concurrent initiatives. It partners closely with the Discovery Lead, the Scaling & Commercialisation lead, and the Product Management organization to ensure alignment, delivery discipline and governance consistency throughout the end‑to‑end NPD lifecycle. You will design frameworks, reporting cadences, portfolio visibility and operating disciplines that empower a small, high‑performing team to execute effectively within a complex global matrix organisation.
