Job Description
- This position is for Lee Kong Chian School of Business (LKCSB).
- Develop the pilot framework, selection logic, engagement categories, tracker and success measures.
- Coordinate inputs from programme teams, Careers, faculty and student leaders.
- Plan targeted engagement for the Top 30% student segment, including relevant pre-experience students who would benefit from earlier student-success touchpoints.
- Match identified students to leadership, networking, career, mentoring or visibility opportunities.
- Work with the L4 staff member to execute student engagement events, including logistics, invitations, attendance tracking, records and follow-up.
- Maintain engagement records and prepare concise updates for L7 review and management reporting.
- Prepare student profiles and handover notes for selected students before graduation to support follow-up by alumni matters staff.
