Job Description

The Leads Generation function is responsible for driving a consistent and scalable pipeline of qualified leads to support the company’s distribution channels in achieving leads targets . It owns the end-to-end lead generation process—from strategy development to execution and optimisation—ensuring alignment with business priorities, market opportunities, and regulatory requirements.

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies aligned with business targets, including identifying high-impact acquisition channels and target segments.
  • Plan and manage on-ground activation activities such as roadshows, events, and campaigns to generate quality leads.
  • Build and manage partnerships and cross-channel collaborations to expand lead sources and maximise reach.
