Manager, Yield Management - Sprints

**In this position...**

The Yield Management (YM) team supports all Ford Blue and Model e product lines and tackles the ~5 highest priority strategic and profit projects each quarter. The team works in “Value Sprints” with a dedicated team focused against a specific mandate for a dedicated period of time. The team applies problem-solving framework and leverages advanced analytics to derive insights and deliver tangible recommendations to create value for Ford.

+ Near term vehicle line specific profit improvement or risk mitigation actions
+ New or expanded enterprise capabilities
+ Long term portfolio optimizations
