We’re looking for a Manager, WFM, to join our growing team!
What you’ll do here
- Responsible for WFM team's transformation, innovation and optimization.
- Analyze and review business results and upcoming forecast implications so you can share with your business partners.
- Review long‑term and short‑term forecasts and find ways to deliver on forecast accuracy targets.
- Refine capacity plans each month with the most up‑to‑date information.
- Achieve global service targets through proactive management of a multi‑site and multi‑skilled environment.
- Act as a WFM expert and popularize complex concepts to an audience.
- Identify areas of improvement to better manage the team and improve the comprehensiveness of the support you provide.
