Manager, Wealth Credit Structuring

Job Purpose

The Manager, Wealth Credit Structuring is focused on customized commercial credit underwriting (new applications and annual reviews). The role is responsible for contributing to the quality and the profitable growth of the Private Banking customized/commercial credit portfolio by completing credit structuring-related activities for clients including risk analysis, deal structuring, pricing, negotiation and credit presentations for low to medium complexity deals and credit applications. The incumbent may interface directly with clients at times, in partnership with the Private Banker and liaises with Global Risk Management through the credit decision‑making process. The primary focus of the position is the completion of new credit requests, compliance and client Annual Reviews.
