Cineplex’s Back of House (BOH) VIP Experience Managers are an integral part of the team who provide an exceptional dining experience to each and every guest . BOH VIP Experience Managers lead, train, support, coach, motivate and manage a dedicated team of BOH employees to ensure that each VIP Guest enjoys an exceptional food and beverage experience. In this role, your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Own the guest experience by ensuring consistency, quality and presentation of all food products through training, coaching and supervision of cooks, attention to detail and a commitment to food excellence
