Job Description

**SUMMARY:**

This position works in partnership with outside professional firms in managing both day to day and period oversight of all governmental taxes, insurance matters and daily banking activities. This role requires the highest level of of integrity and confidentiality ensuring the Company is in compliance with its legal obligations with regard to specified tax & insurance documents. Position manages one full-time and one part-time associate.

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES**

**Required:**

+ Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, Business Administration, Insurance and/or related field.
+ Minimum of 7 years' experience with Multi-State and Federal taxes, multi-state business insurance, and contract administration.
+ Advanced proficiency in Excel, Access & Word
