Active sourcing to map completion and new trends for all commodities. Actively updating self on the socio political/ economic/legal trends and using them for the sourcing decisions. Carrying out negotiations with suppliers for own commodity and facilitating own team. Empanelling vendors as per the platform targets. Supporting Supplier Business Capability Building initiative for own commodity. Anticipate business risk associated with own commodities and relevant industries and propose mitigation plan.
