Monitor warehouse workflow and optimize operational processes. Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce operational costs. Inventory ControlMaintain accurate inventory records and stock levels. Conduct regular cycle counts and stock audits. Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions. Ensure proper stock rotation and storage practices. Team LeadershipSupervise warehouse supervisors, team leaders, and warehouse staff. Schedule manpower and allocate resources efficiently.
