Job Description Project Planning & Scheduling:
Develop work schedules, including timelines and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed as planned. Budgeting & Cost Management:
Oversee project budgets, track expenses, and manage procurement of materials and equipment to prevent cost overruns. Site Supervision & Safety:
Manage site labor, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with building regulations, safety standards, and quality specifications. Prepare salary vouchers and Invoices. Prepare other administrative documents. Follow the instructions from the Management.
