Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day leadership in execution of key initiatives in the functional industrial engineering areas.
- Coach engineers in execution of daily tasks in Industrial Engineering functions.
- Identify improvement areas within the capacity & productivity planning functions and drive necessary enhancements.
- Drives Capacity roadmap that enables consistent growth in revenue and growth.
- Responsible for factory capacity and productivity planning.
- Complete capacity scenario analysis to identify performance requirements and/or future capital needs.
- Ensure execution of committed long-term growth plans and drive gap closure to commitments.
- Communicate and liaise with factory production planning and factory management on tactical factory loading commitments.
- Benchmark with best-in-class fabs and implement best knowledge methods to improve current processes.
