Manager/ Senior Manager, Recruitment Marketing and Research

What the role is:

As a Manager / Senior Manager, Recruitment Marketing and Research in the HR Solutions and Capabilities Division, you will be responsible for planning and executing various marketing campaigns and internship/immersion programmes. You will work with stakeholders to build and maintain MOE’s employer brand, and attract suitable applicants to join as Teachers, MOE Kindergarten Educators, Allied Educators, and Executive and Administrative Staff. This role involves both strategic and operational responsibilities.

What you will be working on:

• Develop and execute marketing projects and media strategies to attract target applicants
• Conduct market research and analyse data to draw insights that support recruitment efforts
