Manager / Senior Manager, Industry Development Division (IDD1)

The Industry Development Division 1 (IDD1) is part of the Training Partners Group in SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG). Its mission is to build a robust and high‑quality Continuing Education and Training (CET) ecosystem through strategic partnerships and management of CET providers, and engagement of enterprises in skills development.

IDD1 responsibilities:

• Account‑manage strategic CET partners to develop capabilities.
• Work with strategic partners to identify and support sectoral manpower development needs aligned with the Industry Transformation Maps (ITM).
• Identify best‑in‑class partners and enterprises to develop capabilities in priority and emerging skills areas.
• Implement strategies to support enterprises’ workforce transformation efforts.
