Description:
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Career team at Mercer. This role will be based in Hong Kong. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As an integral member of the consulting team, this role will effectively support our executive compensation consulting business, with opportunities to gain exposure to other consulting areas.
We will count on you to:
Participate/ lead small to mid-sized consulting projects based on different client needs.
Participate in developing client presentations and deliverables. Work closely with the team to determine ways to fine tune reports and presentations based on clients’ needs.
Utilize Mercer’s proprietary consulting tools and public information to gather executive pay data, rewards practices and policies. Understand and provide insights to clients across different aspects of Executive Compensation.
