Job title: Segment Manager, Sweet Goods – Asia Pacific

Reporting to the Associate Director, Segment Leader, Sweet Goods APAC, this individual will support and drive the execution of the Sweet Goods category strategy across the region (Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia, and Oceania). The role focuses on commercial activation, customer value creation and innovation deployment, translating the regional Sweet Goods strategy into actionable segment initiatives, supporting priority customer engagement, and working cross‑functionally with marketing, technical, creation and innovation teams to deliver sustainable and profitable growth.
