Manager – Risk Management & Independence

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute firm-wide Risk Management & Independence strategies aligned with the RSM Global Independence Framework.
• Lead and oversee the client acceptance and continuance process, ensuring full compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Act and relevant regulatory obligations.
• Establish and maintain comprehensive risk and independence policies, procedures, and tools, promoting efficient, compliant client service delivery.
• Act as the primary advisor and point of consultation for internal teams on independence and ethical compliance matters.
• Deliver structured training and professional development programs on risk management, ethics, and independence to staff across all service lines.
• Collaborate closely with regional and global counterparts within the RSM network to stay aligned with evolving international standards.
