Job Description
- Support in formulating and implementing strategies to maximise rental and occupancy, as well as to optimise the tenancy mix of the mall
- Perform market research and analysis to identify, prospect and secure new market segments
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract the right tenants to the property
- Negotiate leases and attend to tenancy‑related matters
- Plan, establish and maintain good landlord‑tenant relationships
- Responsible for the productivity and budgetary performance of the leasing department
- Responsible for all aspects of lease management
- Any other duties as assigned
- Degree in Real Estate/Building Management/Marketing or related discipline, with at least 5 years’ experience in the leasing function in a retail real estate industry
