Job Description
Role: Manager – Retail Delivery
Experience: 10–12 years
We are looking for an experienced Manager – Retail Delivery to manage end-to-end tenant delivery, fit-out coordination, authority approvals, and timely store openings across retail, mall, or mixed-use assets.
The role requires strong coordination with tenants, consultants, contractors, leasing, operations, facilities, and technical teams to ensure every retail unit is delivered in line with approved design, technical, safety, and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the complete tenant delivery cycle from lease signing to store opening.
- Coordinate tenant fit-outs, design submissions, technical reviews, inspections, and final handovers.
- Ensure all retail units comply with approved design guidelines, mall standards, safety norms, and authority requirements.
