Manager, Residential Sales & Closings

JD Development Group is looking for a Manager, Residential Sales & Closings to own the full sales, homeowner experience, and closing cycle on an active condominium project—from pre‑occupancy through final closing and into the launch of the next phase. This is a senior, cross‑functional leadership role with real authority, end‑to‑end ownership, and direct visibility to senior leadership.

Sales, Marketing & Brokerage

• Direct inventory absorption through pricing strategy, broker programs, incentives, and parking/locker sales
• Oversee marketing execution: broker coordination, referral programs, digital marketing, and brand work
• Run next‑phase launch readiness in parallel: pricing, collateral, broker outreach, and launch event planning

Contracts, Closings & Compliance

• Oversee APS processing, amendments, assignments, decor/upgrade documentation, and CRM data integrity
