Manager, Research & Development

The Research and Development Manager is responsible for leading and managing the research and development activities within the company.

The main responsibility is to proactively drive and oversee the development, innovation and renovation/ improvement of products/systems/processes from inception through all stages of development to meet management business objectives and timetables. This includes proper documentation and end-to-end project management according to procedures and guidelines.

This role works closely with cross functional teams such as Marketing, Finance, Operations, Purchasing & Planning and collaborates with the President, EVP of Sales and Marketing on overall directions, Technical Center for bake testing, and with Technical Product Manager for regulatory and compliance requirements.
