The Manager, Renewals AMER (hub-based/hybrid) leads and develops a team of Digital Renewals Sales Representatives (DSRs) responsible for managing high-volume, transactional, digitally-led customer renewals. This role is accountable for driving consistent quota attainment, renewal rate performance, forecast accuracy, and operational excellence across a scaled, inside sales motion.
The AMER Renewals Manager is expected to lead the team in-office, providing hands-on coaching, real-time deal and activity support, and close performance management to maximize customer retention and recurring revenue. This is a people-first leadership role requiring strong digital sales acumen, operational rigor, and the ability to motivate, develop, and hold teams accountable in a fast-paced renewals environment.
