Manager, Ramp Operations

Responsibilities

• Supervise the loading and off-loading of aircraft in a safe and efficient manner
• Control and utilize manpower through planning and organizing
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
• Establish relationships with local airport officials
• Supervise flight delays and cancellations and communicate with Flight Operations

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in ramp operations management
• Strong knowledge of aircraft loading/off-loading procedures
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Proficiency in weight and balance calculations
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
