Key Responsibilities

• Commercial & Contract Management: Oversee cost planning, budgeting, forecasting, variations, claims, dispute resolution, and procurement
• Portfolio Oversight : Manage financial performance and risk mitigation across multiple concurrent projects
• Leadership : Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Quantity Surveyors and junior staff
• Reporting : Deliver accurate financial reports, cost/value reconciliations, and KPI tracking to senior management
