Job Description
What will you do? Manage, train and develop a team of Property Accountants to ensure delivery of good customer service is provided to internal and external clients;
Initiate, manage and implement process improvements;
Manage the full cycle of accounting duties of revenue generating properties within the portfolio;
Review monthly, quarterly and yearly processing and reporting of property financials including account reconciliations and recovery analysis, Job Cost and Fixed Assets, bank reconciliations and integrity reports;
Timely consolidated reporting of NOI variances;
Ensure the property budget responsibilities for accounting are on time and accurately executed; co-ordinate with the sites and other departments as necessary;
