**Position Summary:**

The PMO Manager at Bentley Systems will lead a team of Project Managers within the region, ensuring they follow processes and deliver projects on time/budget to Bentley Users. As a PMO Manager, you will drive your PM team to align with company strategies, giving the right priorities and guiding in day-to-day activities.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Lead a diverse and virtually organized team of Project Managers and Project Coordinators to meet both team and company objectives
+ Manage team members’ assignments and schedules to meet utilization targets and balance workload
+ Assign the right Project Manager to the right account, depending on personal characteristics, seniority, and workload
