+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 8 years of experience in program or project management.

**Preferred qualifications:**
+ Experience with community management and user engagement.
+ Experience in bug triage, data analysis, or script development.
+ Experience with beta testing or user feedback programs.
+ Ability to develop and execute strategy, with experience presenting to leadership.
