Mahindra Last Mile Mobility Limited Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Prepare and maintain the Master Project Plan and track progress to ensure on‑time executionTrack gateway readiness and facilitate MEPDS gateway compliance and approvals
Monitor dependencies, de‑bottleneck issues and enable timely gateway clearances
Track and regularize scope changes with impact assessment and approvals
Support preparation and alignment of project investments and material costs for the business case
Monitor capital and revenue budgets and enable timely escalations and approvals
Proactively track risks to project TCP targets and support mitigation planning
Conduct project reviews, document decisions and actions, track closures, and generate MIS and management review material
Experience
