Overview:
The Policy Credit Planning & Strategy manager is responsible for reviewing and aligning PFS credit policies with regulatory requirements and growth strategies to ensure high asset quality. You will drive portfolio performance through data analysis and lead digital transformation projects to automate credit evaluation. This role will report to the Head - Personal Financial Services Credit (Credit Policy & Strategy Planning).
Responsibilities:
Review PFS credit policy to ensure compliance to regulatory requirement and the Bank’s lending direction for growth whilst maintaining asset quality.
Perform portfolio analysis and continues portfolio management to strengthen credit portfolio performance.
