Manager, People & Culture
We are currently seeking a full-time permanent Manager, People & Culture to join our People & Culture team. As Manager, People & Culture, you will provide a broad range of talent, recruitment, and operational support services to internal stakeholders. Reporting to the Chief People Officer (CPO), you will act as a trusted partner supporting recruitment initiatives, talent development programs, learning activities, and key people‑related priorities across the firm. You will partner closely with leaders across RPIA to deliver practical and integrated Human Resources solutions that support organizational capability, employee development, and business growth.
