About the Role
As Manager Operations L&H in São Paulo, you will lead a team of 8–10 professionals to deliver excellence in technical accounting and business services. You will own the end-to-end operational model, drive automation and digitization, and act as a regional Subject Matter Expert — all while shaping the future of Swiss Re's Life & Health operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead e2e operations: Ensure timely and accurate premium collection and claims payout, with quality-assured data processing and effective ledger management.

Drive digitization & automation: Champion digital tools and automated processes to boost efficiency and apply accuracy thresholds across the portfolio.
