Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end‑to‑end logistics operations including receiving, put‑away, storage, picking, packing, and outbound dispatch.
- Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring contractual obligations and SLAs are consistently met.
- Monitor and improve operational KPIs: on‑time delivery, inventory accuracy, pick rate, productivity, and space utilization.
- Lead and develop warehouse teams across various shifts, including supervisors and frontline staff.
- Drive health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance, ensuring a safe and clean working environment.
- Plan and allocate labor and equipment resources based on forecasted volume and activity levels.
- Maintain accurate inventory control through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation processes.
