Who you are

:
  • You have 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, training, or related role

  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills

  • You are organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • You are collaborative and work well with cross-functional teams while also being comfortable working independently

  • You have strong attention to detail and are comfortable creating, formatting, editing, and updating presentations, training resources, and communication materials

  • You are Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, and the broader Microsoft Office Suite at an intermediate to advanced level; experience with Adobe Creative Cloud is considered an asset.

  • You are open to learning and using new tools and technology, including AI-supported solutions
