Job Description
Lead compensation and benefits initiatives with Cloud for Good in a remote role. As the Manager of Total Rewards, you'll ensure alignment across global programs and enhance employee experiences.
Reporting to the HR Director, you will manage and evolve comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies for employees across the U.S. and Canada. This role requires strong analytical skills and sound judgment, allowing you to influence leadership effectively. Collaborate closely with the HR team and regional counterparts to maintain high standards and compliance in Total Rewards practices.
