Manager of Sustaining Test Engineering

Job Summary

• As a Manager of Sustaining Test Engineering, you are expected to manage the Sustaining group in Ipoh, providing technical guidance and directions to the team.
• You will provide priorities and guide the project commitments of the team.
• You will drive the HW, Product and System Qualification Buy-off to be deployed for Mass Production.
• Will take project initiatives on Test improvements, Test Program releases and test program revision updates.
• Make recommendations for process improvements in production.
• Ensuring OSAT Testing for Final Test and Circuit/Wafer Probing does not have significant issues that will result in lines-down.
• You will drive Continuous improvement initiatives.
