Elevate employee training as the Manager of Learning & Development at Woodbine Entertainment Group. This role empowers you to design and implement dynamic training programs company-wide.
In your position, reporting to the Director of Talent Management, you will drive the execution of training initiatives that inspire alignment with organizational values. Collaborate with the People & Culture team and subject matter experts to deliver engaging and comprehensive learning experiences.
