Manager of Building & Facilities Maintenance

Job Summary

The Manager of Building & Facilities maintenance oversees all operations related to the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of the agency’s facilities, equipment, machinery, and maintenance operations. This position is responsible for providing a safe, secure, and clean environment for employees and clients. The Facility Manager will interact with all levels of internal staff and external partners and must be flexible to respond to various agency needs in an organized and timely manner.

This is a full-time (40+ hours) position on a Monday - Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm schedule, but will require the hire to be available for a rotating On-Call schedule as well as flexibility for emergency scheduling (including nights, weekends and holidays) as we do have 24/7 residential locations.
