Manager, Data Operations - Alternative Investments
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Data Operations Manager to lead an operations processing team supporting the growing Alternative Investments Operations team.
This role is responsible for overseeing daily tasks across client document inflows, portal document retrieval, and workflow management to ensure alternative investment investor documents are processed accurately and efficiently within established service-level agreements.
The Manager serves a key role leading a team operating within a follow-the-sun model, partnering closely with teams in India (UK Shift) and North America to ensure seamless document flow, operational excellence, and readiness for the downstream review and data extraction processes.
