Responsibilities
:
Management of ongoing investments within securitization programs, including planning and executing recurring investment and reinvestment activities.Plan, execute, and prepare valuation of sale/financing transactions into established structures that include securitizations through ABCP and MBS related channels as well as direct sales which support the mortgage business funding plan.Analysis and execution of interest rate derivative transactions with counterparties completed frequently to ensure risk management controls within accepted levels.Prepare financial forecast relating to IGM Financial’s Mortgage Operations to support Capital and Liquidity Management processes.Maintain up to date records in the valuation system to ensure accurate reported results.Forecast projections of sales activity and reinvestment portfolio to highlight financial risks and opportunities.
