The role is evenly split between project supervision and people management, requiring a strong mechanical engineering background combined with the leadership and communication skills to develop a high-performing, collaborative team.

Project Supervision & Technical Support:

Overseeing and supporting engineering projects at local site level

Monitoring project progress and ensuring successful delivery

Providing guidance on technical risks and escalating issues where required

Supporting estimating, bidding, and early project consultation

Conducting quality checks and driving continuous improvement
