Manager, Maintenance Projects & Planning

What you will do

You will lead the biorefinery's maintenance investment and development projects, oversee the strategic planning and execution of major turnarounds and maintenance shutdowns, and act as an owner for digitalization & development.

Maintenance Project Management

Oversee maintenance-related investment and improvement projects from initial concept to final commissioning. Act as Project Manager or Owner's Representative, managing project scope, schedules, costs, risks, technical solutions, resources, including HAZOPs, technical specifications, procurement packages, and vendor cooperation.

Turnaround & Shutdown Management

Responsible for the planning, preparation and scheduling of refinery shutdowns and major turnarounds from a maintenance perspective.
