Manager, Loan Origination System

Position Overview

Reporting to Operations Leadership, this role is responsible for comprehensive oversight of the system of record, including but not limited to ongoing system development, configuration updates, release planning, and enhancement cycles that support evolving business needs and strategic initiatives.

The role ensures the continued stability, scalability, and performance of the Loan Origination System (LOS) by identifying improvement opportunities, optimizing system functionality, and ensuring alignment with regulatory, operational, and business requirements.

In addition, this position plays a critical role in strengthening integrations across the technology ecosystem by partnering and collaborating with cross-functional teams responsible for applications that push and pull data from the system of record.
