Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Understudy the lift electronics manager and learn about lift repair electronics repair.
- Diagnose and repair faults in lift electronic systems, including control boards, wiring, and communication modules.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on elevator electrical and electronic components.
- Interpret circuit diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals to identify issues.
- Test and calibrate sensors, relays, drives, and safety devices, where required.
- Respond to breakdowns and emergency/cyclical repair requests in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to resolve complex system faults.
- Ensure all repairs meet safety standards, codes, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate service records and technical reports.
- Support modernization and upgrade projects for existing lift systems, where necessary.
