Job Purpose
To drive the implementation and oversight of KYC (Know Your Customer) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) processes within the organization to ensure robust compliance with regulatory requirements and internal Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) standards. The role significantly impacts the organization’s risk profile, safeguarding against financial crime exposure and ensuring the bank’s reputation and regulatory standing.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the FCC KYC & EDD team to deliver timely and high-quality KYC and EDD reviews for new and existing customers.
- Oversee end-to-end onboarding, periodic review, and trigger event reviews, ensuring alignment with legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements.
