Description
 :To supervise and direct the staff members assigned to the functional work area, including the co-ordination of activities/time and delegation of workload. To ensure that work performed by incumbent and his/her assigned staff meets overall product requirements, consistent with the standards of URS.
Key Accountabilities:
Management: 
Directs and manages the IVVQ functional work area to deliver high quality, defect free product on time and within budget.
Maintains Project Tracking by monitoring performance against budget and schedule, performance metrics collection and interpretation, weekly and monthly reporting.
Performs early risk identification and mitigation through corrective actions.
Manages resource management, including organizing and developing staff, task assignments, performance appraisals, manpower forecasts within the group, motivating, coaching and training.
