What is the opportunity? 
This role supports the RBC Global Asset Management (GAM) Office of the Independent Review Committee (IRC). This role will oversee all documentation matters relating to the Office of the IRC and will work closely with the Managing Director and Secretary of the IRC along with members of the IRC and various functional support groups across GAM.
What will you do? 
Understands IRC regulation NI 81-107 and related industry development
Develop good understanding of conflicts of interest matters and RBC related party transactions
Develop deep understanding of all Approval and Recommendation policies including the quarterly documentation support requirements. This includes reviewing details of certificates and transaction details for consistency. Develop understanding of GAM investment and operational processes
