Job Description
Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver investor reporting packs monthly, quarterly and annually across SPVs and investment structures
- Manage reporting to private equity co‑investors, joint venture partners and lenders
- Perform equity return calculations including IRR, MOIC and distribution waterfalls
- Support drawdowns, distributions and capital account tracking
- Prepare lender reporting including covenant calculations and compliance certificates
- Assist with capital markets reporting obligations including sukuk disclosure requirements
- Ensure alignment between investor reporting, management accounts and audited financials
- Support financial statement preparation under IFRS including real estate revenue recognition
- Maintain reporting calendars and ensure all contractual deliverables are met on time
