Inventory Governance & Control
Ensure accurate and timely recording of inventory transactions across warehouse management systems and financial systems.
Own inventory reconciliation between General Ledger and Sub-Ledger ensuring compliance with accounting policies and timely month-end close.
Monitor inventory accuracy across all owned warehouses stores and 3PL locations.
Shrinkage Expiry & Risk Management
Lead shrinkage expiry and damage analysis across warehouses and stores identifying root causes and driving corrective actions.
Review and challenge inventory adjustments and loss claims particularly those originating from 3PL operations.
