Overview

RBC Investor Services delivers critical services to the Investment Management and Broker/Dealer industries, including Trusteeship, Recordkeeping, Fund Accounting, and operational support functions. The Fund Administration Initiatives team identifies and automates high‑risk manual processes and implements operational efficiencies across key functions including Fund Accounting, AIS, Pricing, Tax Reporting, and Financial Reporting. This role offers high visibility with senior leadership and the opportunity to drive meaningful operational transformation through process optimization, AI implementation, and emerging technology adoption. You will work as a close partner to our Data and Digital team to translate operational insights into scalable digital solutions.
