Manager, Information Technology (Infrastructure) (Shared Services)

The candidate will provide leadership in project management, designing, planning, and implementing Information Technology (IT) infrastructure for computer-based solutions to serve end users. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring relevance of IT technology within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise, and control analysis of assigned functional area requirements
• Develop policies and procedures for project management, implementation, and maintenance of assigned areas
• Liaise with vendors and government agencies (e.g., Ministry of Health of the People's Republic of China, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People’s Republic of China, National Audit Office) where necessary
• Responsible for IT technology evaluation
• Manage Datacenter, Server, Network, and Deskside Infrastructure
